The Complete Penn State (CPS) program has funds remaining to assist eligible undergraduates during the spring 2021 and summer 2021 terms. Students who are within their final two semesters leading up to the completion of their first associate’s or bachelor’s degree and who are experiencing barriers to completion are encouraged to apply.
