Peer Success Coaches

Peer Success Coaches (PSCs) are trained student leaders who offer practical strategies, encouragement, and a supportive space to figure out college together. Because they’re navigating classes and campus life right alongside you, they get it. Instead of telling you the "right" way to do things, they’ll partner with you to find the systems that actually work for your brain and your life.

Topics they can assist with include time management, breaking down overwhelming assignments, creating realistic study plans, navigating campus resources, and more.

You can meet with a PSC by scheduling through Starfish or by dropping in at the Chaiken Center (325 Boucke) Monday–Wednesday, 10 a.m.–7 p.m. or Thursday–Friday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m. No appointment needed.

Accountability Groups

Our Peer Success Coaches each lead a weekly Accountability Group, open to all undergraduate students at University Park. Starting in Week 3, each group meets weekly for 90 minutes to offer dedicated work time with built-in accountability partners. Accountability Groups are a low-pressure, high-focus environment perfect for students who benefit from body doubling (working alongside others to stay engaged) and want to build a little extra structure into their week.

Sign-ups are closed for spring semester 2026, but Accountability Groups will be returning in the fall.

Finals Week Study Halls

Looking for support ahead of finals week? Our Peer Coaches will be leading structured study hall events that follow the Pomodoro Method (25 minutes of focused work followed by a 5-minute break). It's a great way to overcome task paralysis, build momentum, and study without burning out. You can RSVP on Discover for the following events:
