This position has facilitated my growth as a young professional. Balancing a 20-hour weekly commitment on top of being a full-time master’s student, graduate student clinician, student researcher, and volunteer in the community was quite the challenge; but the daily fulfillment of directly contributing to access and affordability initiatives at Penn State made it worthwhile. It has meant so much to be a part of a small but mighty team of women who are truly passionate about what they do.
